When you're adding information to your cards, sometimes you would want to provide additional context or quote a source. This is where links come in very handy.
Adding Links
Once you've entered and selected the text for your link, find the Link tool on your Toolbar. If you don't see it, you might want to check if it is hidden as explained here.
A window will pop up where you can paste or type your link > Tap Save. That's it!
How do you know if a link is applied?
Once you tap over the necessary part of your text, you will see that the Link icon on the Toolbar becomes blue. By default, the Blue colour and Underlined formatting will also be applied. If no link is attached, the icon will stay grey.
Using Links
Easy! If you are either in your Preview or Study mode, just tap the highlighted text and you will be redirected to the necessary page you linked.
Editing and Deleting Links
Now, if you want to Edit the link, simply tap the text again and choose the Link tool. The familiar window will open, which will allow you to make necessary adjustments.
Additionally, you can apply your usual text formatting over it. For instance, you can make your link Bold or Italic as well as change its colour if you feel like it.
To Delete a link, tap the X button and choose Save again.
