🛜 What’s going on? Our servers are currently down due to serious issues with our hosting provider. We’re really sorry this is happening right now.

📋 What’s the current status? Our team is working around the clock (no sleep, lots of coffee) to fix things as quickly as possible. Progress is being made: we've finished restoring all cards and will start opening your accounts soon!

🕒How long will it take? We don’t have an exact ETA to not give you false hopes but rest assured we will start opening accounts today.

🔐Have I lost any data? No! Your decks and cards are safe with us. Even if something isn’t showing up right now, it will reappear once we’re back online.

🗂️ Can I get access or export my cards NOW? Unfortunately, since the servers are down, there's no way to access your files until we fix everything.

💳 Can I get a refund? Yes. If you’re on a premium plan and feel let down, we’re happy to offer a full refund. Just email us at [email protected]. However, if your purchase was made through Apple App Store, please follow this guide to request a refund.

UPD (May 23, 9pm London time)

We missed the mark again today. No excuses here, we genuinely thought we were getting close, but clearly, we've got more to figure out.

At this point, we're holding off on giving another estimate. We'll continue working through the weekend, and we'll share the next full update on Monday morning. If anything major changes before then, we'll let you know right away.

We hear your frustration, and we want to be more transparent about what’s happening behind the scenes. This is a bit more technical than what we usually post, but here's what we've done and what we're working on:

• All user data has been fully restored.

• We've set up additional storage and replication to improve reliability and prevent future failures.

• We're currently focused on database indexing, which is essential for performance and stability. It also enables key features like card counters, deck visibility, and other account-related functionality.

We know it's been a long time, and it may feel like progress is slow. Please understand we're a small team, not a large company, and we're doing everything we can to fix this while keeping communication open.

We want this resolved just as much as you do. We'll keep pushing through the weekend, and we'll keep showing up for you. Your patience and support mean a lot to us.

UPD (May 23, 5pm London time)

So far, so good. We’re taking a bit of extra time on final testing and wrapping up some fixes, including recalculating all counters in the app. Will be back in 2 hours with the next update.

UPD (May 23, 9am London time)

We did a huge pile of work and finished restoring all cards. We are taking the last steps of fine-tuning everything. Today we will start opening up accounts for users. We will keep you posted with the exact ETA.

UPD (May 22, 4pm London time)

Progress continues at a steady pace. We're still working on restoring data, with good results so far. We've restored 70M cards since this morning.

Slowly but surely, we're getting there.

UPD (May 22, 8am London time)

We’ve made significant progress overnight on restoring user data, but the process is taking longer than expected. As we continue recovery, some unexpected complexities have surfaced, which have extended our original timeline.

What’s done so far:

We’ll keep the full-screen maintenance pop-up in place until all content is fully recovered. Overnight, we made major progress, and for most users, decks and cards that were missing are nearly restored.

UPD (May 21, 5pm London time)

Looks like our plan is working, we keep restoring data. Over time, you’ll start to see some of the missing parts coming back. When everything is restored, we will remove the hard pop-up that is blocking the app. ETA: Thursday morning.

UPD (May 21, 10am London time)

We’re currently working on restoring full access to user content and making steady progress. If all goes well, we’re hopeful the app will be back up and running by this evening.

UPD (May 21, 8am London time)

As of now, we have identified the problem and have successfully started dealing with it. The approach we chose looks promising. We will get back to you with an update in a few hours with solid estimates when everything is back to normal.

UPD (May 20, 10pm London time)

As of now, unfortunately, we don't have a major update. We're continuing to work on solving problems with the database. We will write again early in the morning, hopefully with news and estimates.

UPD (May 20, 8am London time)

Our team has been working through the night. The server itself is now stable, but we're currently facing an issue with one of the database connections.

In simple terms: some decks might appear to be missing — but don’t worry, all your data is safe. It's just not displaying correctly in the app right now due to this connection issue.

We've temporarily paused the servers to fully focus on fixing this and restoring proper access. Thanks again for your patience — we’ll keep you posted as we make progress. 🙏

Hey everyone,

We know this is the worst possible timing, and we’re really sorry. Our server provider is experiencing internal problems that are affecting our product. Our entire team has been working hands-on around the clock.

The issue started on Saturday, and while we were able to make a small fix early on, we focused our efforts on resolving the root cause. Unfortunately, with more users coming in on Monday, the problem escalated and became more serious.

Right now, the app is up and running most of the time — though it might be a bit slower than usual. Occasionally, we temporarily switch off parts of the system to apply critical updates that help us get back to full stability.

Progress is being made, but it’s taking longer than we hoped. We’re doing our best to get everything back to normal as soon as possible. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding ❤️
