If you encounter issues with subscriptions or in-app purchases, we're here to help. Please follow the instructions below based on your platform to request a refund.

For Apple Users

Unfortunately, we're unable to directly process refunds for iOS purchases as they are managed by Apple. However, you can request a refund from Apple by following the steps outlined here.

For Android Users

If you're using an Android device, please provide us with your transaction number, typically found in your purchase confirmation email. This alphanumeric code usually starts with "GPA" (e.g., GPA.3306-6807-2887-19040). Email us at [email protected] with these details, and we'll promptly assist you with processing a refund.

For Desktop Users

If you subscribed via the desktop version of our app, please email us at [email protected] with your transaction details, and we'll promptly assist you with processing a refund.
